I was very pleasantly surprised! The hotel maintains a very high standard, daily cleaning and replacement of towels and bed linen. The room is furnished nicely, with modern, new furniture. Strongbox, fridge, minibar, kettle - everything you need. The receptionists are extremely nice, which rarely happens. When I come back to Cracow, I am 100% positive I will be staying at Pergamin. An outstanding place, highly recommended!
The best place I've been to in a long time: the location in the very center of the city - you walk out of the building and you are right on the Main Square. Cleanliness - the apartment was really very, very clean - many hotels could learn a thing or two here. Comfort - the room was large, the beds were very comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were very nice - they were helpful in any matter. We could store luggage before check-in and after check-out - value for money - I was not expecting such good conditions for this kind of money :)

We spent two nights at the hotel. Very nice, helpful staff. We had a room with a mezzanine. Clean and warm. Elevator. Everything was very close - the Castle, the market square about 400-500 m away, the rail station 12 minutes’ walk. You can get everywhere on foot, it's a big plus. A completely different world in the heart of Cracow.
A wonderful, atmospheric place in the heart of Cracow, which can be completely cut off from the rest of the world. During our short stay in Cracow, we first and foremost wanted great mobility, as close to the Old Town as possible, but also with some peace and quiet. To combine all these qualities in one place seemed a difficult task. The room at Pergamin Royal Apartments met all of our requirements. While staying at the hotel, we felt no sense of noise or crowds of the Old Town - despite the short corridor that separated us from them. The hotel has lots of amenities and friendly staf, which only added to the taste of Cracow in the autumn and intensified our nice memories :) Karol F - TripAdvisor
